Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Create A Agent at createaagent.app and app.createaagent.app. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Create A Agent lets you build an AI assistant that answers questions about your business on your website or through a chat link, captures leads and shares your booking link.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with Pro features. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends, your assistants go offline until you choose a paid plan.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. If you change plans, the difference is prorated. If a payment fails we will retry, and your assistants may go offline if payment is not made within 7 days. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Plan and billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are not refundable.
6. Your content and your customers
You own the content you add and the conversations and leads your assistant collects. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. You must have the right to use the content you add, and you are responsible for telling your website visitors how their chat information is handled.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Create A Agent for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or spammy, to collect sensitive information such as card numbers or health records through the chat, or to try to break, overload or copy the service.
8. AI answers
Your assistant is instructed to answer only from your information, but AI can make mistakes. Check your conversations regularly and do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or do not pay.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
