Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can copy and paste, you can set it up. Most people are live in about 10 minutes.
How does the assistant learn about my business?
Paste your website address and it reads up to 8 pages, or add your FAQs, price lists and policies as text.
How do I add it to my website?
Copy one line of code into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify or any site, or share your chat link on social media.
Using the assistant
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It says it's not sure, offers to pass the question on, and asks for the customer's contact details.
Will it make things up?
It's instructed to answer only from your information and never invent prices, times or policies. You can read every conversation in your dashboard.
Can it book appointments?
On Pro and Business it shares your Calendly, Square, Fresha or other booking link when someone wants to book.
Where do leads go?
Names, emails and phone numbers appear under Leads in your dashboard and can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.
What languages does it speak?
It replies in the language the customer writes in.
